The smell from that nearby fish factory was unbearable. Every time we stepped outside, it hit us-it would definitely ruin any chances of enjoying the outdoor pool in summer. Really disappointing, especially since we had stayed before without this issue.

The family room had all necessary amenities. A bath in the en suite bathroom was a plus.

High Quality for Food Lovers
The food was very nice. They served a dinner for a large group that was done with such finesse. I mean, you know how hard it is to cater for that many folks, but they nailed it despite the chaos. The staff? Super friendly, knew their stuff, which only added to the whole experience.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was worthwhile in the end.

We appreciated big beds. Unbeatable location to servicing area, excellent base for shopping and all staff were attentive and active. Besides, it was so close to Barnstaple town centre. Having different warm drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch.

Really good Service and Comfort for Families
Our family enjoyed a peaceful stay with ample space in the room. The staff helped make everything smooth, especially for our little ones. The on-site restaurant surprised us with delicious meals, perfect after a long day exploring. Pro tip, Request a ground-floor room for easy access!
